When they gave me my annual review, they realized I suffer from graceful degradation.

Fault tolerance and graceful degradation.  It's been exciting to see graceful degradation get so much more attention in the web design circles as everyone debates proactively coding for HTML5.  Brian Hogan's book, HTML5 and CSS3: Develop With Tomorrow's Standards Today, is a very good book on HTML 5 and includes loads of advice on how to gracefully degrade.
