Employee retention. One many priorities constantly under scrutiny, particularly at large companies. A quick search for 'employee retention strategies' returns millions of results. Some are geared towards supervisor level strategies, as they should, but, there is one simple strategy I didn't see that would benefit most companies who want a top-quality workforce.
