Looks like somebody found their "Manager Hat".

Your feedback on our latest release is very valuable to the team and I appreciate your initiative, but I'm afraid because it warrants further discussion, we're going to have to address it in a time-boxed offline follow-up postmortem meeting. How's next Tuesday?
